Ekohumm is a one-stop and holistic Astronumero Vedic Consulting proprietorship that offers a range of services catering to astrology, astronumero consultation, Vastu consulting, numerology consultation, and tarot card reading, relationship and marriage compatibility, chart reading, etc.

We respect the privacy of our clients, and as the conversation is two-way and people discuss a lot about their personal things, recording of the sessions isn’t encouraged/allowed at Ekohumm,. However, we urge our clients to take notes during the session. If needed, we also provide a hard copy with the highlights as discussed throughout the session. But, any kind of recording (audio or video) isn’t encouraged. If found otherwise, the session will be stopped immediately and the client won’t be able to rebook any session in the future. No refunds for the abrupt session in such cases will be provided.

The waiting period following the final booking of the consultation typically depends on the type of service/s one is availing of. If it involves a thorough reading of the charts and further evaluation, it can take up to 2 to 5 working days__ days before we reach out with the finalized date for the session. We expect a little cooperation and patience from the client’s end regarding the same.

It takes 12 to 15 working days from the date of booking to the date of final consultation. Nothing during or after the session is suggested as a mandate. Everything we suggest as a remedial solution is optional. They are prescribed keeping the client’s best interests in mind. However, the final decision of whether or not to follow through with the remedies and recommendations is entirely the client’s choice.

Currently, our services can be availed in Hindi, English, and Marathi. We recommend the client specify which language they’d prefer to have the session in during the booking process.

In case the client misses their scheduled appointment, no refund will be provided. However, in case of medical emergencies, network issues, or familial conflicts, the same should be intimated to Ekohumm via ekohumm24@gmail.com or WhatsApp: +919614456456 at least a day prior so we can look into the issue and get back to the client with further assistance. A maximum of two times of rescheduling is allowed in case of certain emergencies.

**An email intimation/whatsapp conversation doesn’t always guarantee the possibility of an immediate date for consultation. It totally depends on the slot availability in the near future.
